Last night I saw Legend of the Guardians with friends. If you want a solid hour and a half of adorable, fuzzy animated owls, this movie is for you! Seriously, who needs a truly innovative plot when you have tinyfuzzybabyowls?

My mom and I just had a debate about J.D. Salinger’s unpublished works. (Apparently his heirs may publish them.)
Mom’s point: As a famous writer, if he didn’t want these works published, he should have destroyed them or stipulated that in his will. As it is, they’re up for grabs.
